Morph Labs, a provider of enterprise cloud computing technology, announced an introductory trial of the Morph CloudServer, an open, standards-based server IT organizations can use to rapidly model and evaluate their cloud implementations.
A miniature "Cloud Environment in a Box," the system will include the Morph Cloud Controller, a complete cloud management and provisioning platform that leverages the Amazon AWS API, and a Virtual Machine Server pre-configured with 10 VMs. Evaluators who require a bigger environment can add a VM server, as needed. Morph Labs also offers an option for a fully hosted starter kit trial.

"Our goal is to simplify and accelerate the adoption of cloud computing by placing actual technology into the evaluators' hands," says Winston Damarillo, CEO of Morph Labs. "The Morph CloudServer starter kits are optimized to provide IT organizations with a secure way to test their model implementations based on Open Standard cloud environments."
Cloud computing is rapidly gaining widespread global adoption. According to forecasts from Gartner Research, the market will reach approximately $150 billion by 2013.
Pricing for the Morph CloudServer starts at $800 per month for a minimum of three months
