SUPERIOR, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/23/11 -- StillSecure®, a managed network security solutions and certified compliance company, today announced the immediate availability of its multi-tenant managed security services offerings. All StillSecure managed services can be made available via the multi-tenant solution, which is aimed at, and gaining increased acceptance from, datacenters, hosting providers, cloud providers and telcos.
"As more organizations leverage the capabilities of third-party datacenters and cloud providers, security is becoming increasingly important. Unfortunately, service providers have limited options for a single managed security solution for all of their market segments, including cloud," said Jason Schafer, Research Manager, Datacenter Technologies for Tier 1 Research. "StillSecure's multi-tenant offering has the potential to extend its ability to address additional market segments including those offering cloud services."
StillSecure has expanded its physical and virtual deployment modes to include a multi-tenant option. Offered as a high availability hardware appliance from StillSecure, service providers can leverage the platform to create economies of scale by hosting multiple customers on a single platform. All StillSecure services including managed firewall, intrusion detection / prevention, VPN, WAF, and others can be delivered via the multi-tenant platform. Each tenant's managed security service can be customized separately and customer data is kept physically separate to ensure confidentiality and security.
StillSecure's multi-tenant solution provides a more cost-effective way to deploy security to customers, especially those hosted in the cloud. Further, multi-tenant allows service providers to quickly provision customers without lengthy hardware procurement.
"StillSecure continues to meet customer requirements by expanding our ability to deliver managed security services. We know that different service providers have different needs and we believe that our multi-tenant deployment model addresses an important and growing market segment," said James Brown, Chief Technology Officer for StillSecure. "Specifically, we believe that this option will be an excellent one for many hosting and cloud providers where price point and customer density are critical."
The multi-tenant solution is fully supported by StillSecure's security analysts and engineers working in the company's Security Operations Centers, who manage and monitor networks on a 24x7x365 basis. For more information about how StillSecure's multi-tenant deployment mode can help you create a more cost-effective, faster provisioning security solution for your customers, please email sales@stillsecure.com.
