The new independent Board members bring to Acquia expertise in building global, enterprise companies and successfully scaling disruptive technology innovation into existing and new markets. They will help Acquia leverage open source Drupal to change the way enterprise businesses and governments leverage web content management and the Cloud to create cost effective, flexible web and mobile experiences of the future.

Tom Bogan
Tom Bogan is the Chairperson of Board of Directors of Citrix and a private investor. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Bogan served in a variety of positions with Rational Software Corporation, an S&P 500 software company acquired by IBM Corporation in 2003, including President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2003 and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Bogan is a seasoned executive focused on enterprise software and will bring significant strategic insight as well as operational and corporate governance expertise to Acquia.
Paul Sallaberry
Paul Sallaberry has served as a venture investor and senior executive in highly regarded technology companies for nearly 30 years. His sales and operational experience will be valuable as Acquia continues its rapid expansion in various vertical and international markets. Mr. Sallaberry was Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations at Veritas Software, which was acquired by Symantec. Mr. Sallaberry also held senior positions at OpenVision Technologies and Oracle.
