Chordiant Software, a leading provider of Customer Experience (Cx) software and services, has launched Chordiant Mesh, a new open source-inspired collaborative development model. Chordiant Mesh radically transforms enterprise software and solution development with open and continuous customer collaboration.
Solutions developed using Chordiant Mesh are built on the Chordiant Enterprise Platform, a process-driven SOA and AJAX platform for building and deploying market-leading customer experience applications.
Using the Chordiant Mesh software development environment, Chordiant and its customers have collaborated to develop several new banking solutions. Chordiant says it will employ this new customer-collaborative development model to accelerate the delivery of a broad range of new applications solving business problems in financial services, insurance, media and telecommunications, building on an impressive track record of successful software deployments in the largest consumer organizations worldwide. "Working with the Chordiant team, we created a system that distributes and manages hundreds of thousands of sales and service work orders across our work force, allowing us to radically improve the consistency and quality of our customer responsiveness in the future," said Lothar Engelke, managing director of IDG/Gothaer. "Chordiant was a true partner in the effort, offering strategic-level insight and helping us deliver a finished solution, from concept to fruition, in less than seven months."
