In order to better serve and deepen its footprint within the region, iCore has moved into expanded office space located on 8850 Stanford Boulevard, Suite 2800, Columbia, MD, 21045. The ribbon- cutting ceremony and proclamation address from Mr. Franchot will mark the grand opening of the new location.
Previously located at 5950 Symphony Woods Road, the new office, will allow iCore to continue to recruit and hire at this location with the goal of exceeding 50 employees within the year. The focus of employees at the Columbia office will continue to be to service their existing customers, keeping them up-to-date on iCore’s expanding service offerings, such as On-Demand Cloud Applications, as well as focusing on further development of new business and prospects in Baltimore region.

Canton. “We are very excited for the opportunities our new Columbia office brings to us and the Baltimore community. We are committed to recruiting new members for the Columbia team from this region with plans to double our size here within the next year, while introducing even more customers to the benefits and new features of cloud-based hosted unified communications services.”
Baltimore customers will also receive the benefits of iCore’s fully operational on-site Network Operation Center (NOC) located at their headquarters in McLean. The state-of the-art operation center hosts a fully functional lab environment consisting of Cisco Systems, BroadSoft and Linux based systems. With over 55,000+ customers, the network will continue to be supported by two fully redundant Datacenters monitored at the NOC facility.
