Hortonworks, a leading commercial vendor promoting the innovation, development and support of Apache Hadoop, today announced that its Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Shaun Connolly, will be presenting at Goldman Sachs Cloud Computing Conference, being held May 8 in Menlo Park, Calif. Connolly will be featured in a panel discussion titled, “Data: The New Competitive Advantage.” He will be joined by representatives from 1010data, GoodData and Pentaho.
The panel will examine how companies are utilizing their data to make important strategic decisions and remain competitive in their respective industry.
