Noetix Corp., a world-class provider of business intelligence (BI) software and services for enterprise applications, today announced that NoetixViews® version 6.2 and its packaged data warehouse solution, Noetix® Analytics version 5.2, have achieved Oracle Exadata Ready and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster status through the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
Today’s announcement demonstrates that Noetix has tested and supports its operational reporting solution NoetixViews, version 6.2, and its packaged data warehouse solution Noetix Analytics, version 5.2, with the Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster. Noetix is a Gold-level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.
Oracle Exadata Ready is part of the Oracle Exastack Ready program which allows partners, such as Noetix, to be recognized by Oracle for developing, testing, and supporting their applications on Oracle Exadata Database Machine, Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud, or Oracle SPARC SuperCluster engineered systems. The Oracle Exadata Database Machine is the only database machine that provides extreme performance for both data warehousing and online transaction processing (OLTP) workloads, making it the ideal platform for database consolidation and database clouds. It is a complete package of servers, storage, networking, and software that is massively scalable, secure, and redundant. Oracle SPARC SuperCluster is the world’s most efficient multi-purpose engineered system, delivering extreme efficiency, cost savings, and performance for consolidating mission-critical applications and rapidly deploying cloud services.
The Oracle Exastack Ready program recognizes Noetix as having applications that leverage the latest Oracle technology to better support joint customers. Noetix products are supported and ready to run on the latest major releases of Oracle’s component products including Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux, and Oracle Database and are certified on the Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster.
“With NoetixViews and Noetix Analytics running on Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster, we plan to help enable customers to experience faster data loads to the data warehouse and faster execution of reports for both operational and analytical reporting,” said Pat Roche, executive vice president, Products and Services, at Noetix. “We will be conducting controlled performance tests on Oracle Exadata Database Machine in the Oracle labs during Q1 2013.”
“When partners such as Noetix leverage the latest component products of Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster as the foundation for their applications, they benefit from a complete, integrated, and cloud-ready infrastructure that will help them utilize new features and functionality and drive innovation,” said Chris Baker, Senior Vice President, Worldwide ISV and OEM Sales. “We are pleased to see Noetix Corporation achieve Oracle Exadata Ready and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster status as this significant milestone helps equip them to deliver superior value to customers.”
