OULU, Finland, January 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Capricode, are pleased to announce, that SyncShield has been chosen by The Council of Europe in Strasbourg to secure their mobile devices. The decision confirms Capricode's position as a technology leader in the area of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM). Seeing off competition from many of the leading players in the MDM world by winning the open tender, Capricode's pricing, flexibility, innovative Linux architecture and strong European focus were all seen as critical factors for the council. The Council of Europe had an urgent requirement to take control of their fleet of mobile devices due to a high number of BYOD's (Bring Your Own Device).
As market leaders in Scandinavia, SyncShield is already used in many Government and public sectors. Both public organisations and enterprises of different sizes face the same challenge with mobility and SyncShield has proven its potential as a beneficial management solution for every type of organisation. The Council of Europe contract is seen as critical to Capricode's plans to expand into new markets in a very challenging business environment.
