Reveille Software™, provider of the most widely-used application performance management (APM) solution for enterprise content management (ECM) applications, today announced the availability Reveille 6.7. This new version expands Reveille’s agentless application monitoring coverage for the latest EMC Documentum D7 and EMC Captiva 7.0 product releases. Reveille Management Consoles for Documentum and Captiva are EMC Certified Solutions.
Targeted to companies with business-critical content management applications, Reveille’s consoles allow ECM business owners to evaluate document/fax capture, workflow-process exceptions and repository activity against predefined metrics. Reveille scorecard capabilities support multi-vendor ECM implementations and track processing exception thresholds, exposing high risk points such as service delivery attainment, operational efficiency, and compliance issues.
“Reveille Software’s agentless solution uniquely provides advanced application and business process monitoring across the corporate enterprise, ensuring both IT and operational service levels,” said Brian DeWyer, CTO, Reveille Software. “Our solution supports hybrid ECM applications operating on-premise and in the cloud. Reveille fills the market need for preemptive ECM-specific application performance monitoring and complements existing IT management investments.”
New Reveille 6.7 features include:
- Patent-pending Reveille Collector for cloud or high latency remote location data aggregation
- Linux-based Reveille RealTime Collector deployment option
- User transaction and activity support of EMC Documentum D2 Version 4.0-based applications
- Tablet-based ECM performance scorecards leveraging HTML 5 standards and touch interfaces
- Advanced support for the EMC Documentum Version 7.0 and xCelerated Composition Platform (xCP) Version 2.0.
- Enhanced EMC Captiva wizard support for EMC Captiva Capture 7.0
- Enhancements to Reveille’s administration, core platform, and web functionality
“TRAC’s research shows that 71% of business organizations are using multiple solutions for application performance monitoring,” said Bojan Simic, President and Principal Analyst at TRAC Research. “As managing application performance becomes a more complex challenge, organizations are seeing the value in implementing specialty solutions to gain in-depth visibility for specific areas of application performance monitoring.”
Reveille EPM and RRT Version 6.7 are available now.
