"The introduction of ReachForce Connect is opening up ReachForce’s partner-based ecosystem providing CRM users and vendors with the ability to present sales and marketing professionals with one more innovative way to request qualified role-based contacts," said Suaad Sait, CEO of ReachForce. ReachForce Connect provides a Web services API that software developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) can leverage from within their own applications, offering sales and marketing professionals with on-demand access to ReachForce’s role-based data services. Developed on JBoss and MySQL open source technologies, ReachForce Connect delivers seamless integration into an organization’s infrastructure and presents immediate value and information to its users.
"ReachForce Connect was developed on an open source platform to allow it to be leveraged across the broad range of CRM systems used by our customers," said Jason Morio, director of products at ReachForce. "Our use of open source technologies and Web services provides for a more accessible and less complex integration process."
ReachForce enables B2B sales and marketing professionals to build high quality role-based custom prospect databases - putting an end to time and money wasted from relying on title-based lists. The company’s products and solutions are designed to quickly supply marketing and sales teams with high quality prospect contact information, which allows businesses to focus their efforts only on the right decision makers for their products or services.
