Dropbox Now Available in Malay

Dropbox, a free service that lets you bring your documents, photos, and videos anywhere and share them easily, announced availability in Malay. Starting today, Dropbox in Malay will be available for PC, Mac, Linux, Android, and on the web, with iOS availability to follow in the next few weeks.

“At Dropbox, we believe in building technology to make people’s lives easier across the globe,” said Drew Houston, founder and CEO of Dropbox. “Launching in local languages is an important part of making that a seamless experience.”

Dropbox has seen 274 percent growth in Malaysia in the last year with over 20 percent Android use and over seven and a half million files saved per day. In fact, a tower built by stacking every mobile device connected to Dropbox in Malaysia would be 225 times taller than Kuala Lumpur's Petronas Towers.
