PathPartner Technology will showcase its TIZEN based platform at 8th GENIVI All Member Meeting Conference

PathPartner which is an alliance member at GENIVI will showcase its innovations for GENIVI ecosystem at the conference being held on April 23-26, 2013 at Barcelona, Spain

PathPartner Technology a leading provider of embedded multimedia software services and solutions announced that it will be participating in the All Member Conference of GENIVI which is a non-profit industry association whose mission is to drive the broad adoption of an In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) open source development platform.

PathPartner will showcase its GENIVI 3.0 compliant Tizen-based IVI Platform at the conference which is built on extensively used open source components and frameworks with wide industry support. Tizen - an operating system that is primarily Linux-based, gives consumers a feature-rich platform. It also provides the customer with multiple options for UI front-ends including HTML5, Qt and GTK+. The Tizen based platform comes with various features like Support for accelerated multimedia codecs/containers for high quality and performance inclusive of H.264, VP8, Boot-Time optimization, hibernate and wake support, Support for Dual Display, MirrorLink, Hypervisor support, Speech2Text and MFI to name a few.
