Jenne, Inc. to Distribute Digium’s Asterisk Telephony and Switchvox Unified Communications Solutions

Jenne, Inc., a leading value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, Unified Communications (UC), data networking and security and surveillance products, and Digium®, Inc., the Asterisk® Company, announced that Jenne will be distributing Digium’s full line of Asterisk telephony solutions, IP phones and Switchvox Unified Communications solutions. This will provide reseller partners with a compelling option for delivering UC solutions to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).

Jenne, Inc. will distribute Digium’s award-winning Switchvox solution, a UC phone system designed for SMBs. Switchvox integrates phone, fax, chat, web mashups and mobile communications, all in a single solution that enables businesses to communicate at their desk or on the road. Together with Digium’s IP phones, it provides a complete business phone solution, with enterprise-class features that improve the customer’s experience. With all features included, this solution provides a great value for SMB customers who are looking for a business phone system that is easy to use, and that provides the flexibility to integrate with third party applications. Switchvox offers resellers an opportunity to develop and grow their UC business.

In addition to Switchvox, Jenne will carry Digium’s Asterisk VoIP products, including IP phones and VoIP gateways, redundancy appliances and a full range of telephony cards certified for the greatest interoperability and reliability for Asterisk installations. Digium products enable partners to implement turnkey UC solutions or to design their own end-to-end VoIP solutions based on Asterisk, the world’s most widely used open source communications software.
