Jenne, Inc., a leading value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, Unified Communications (UC), data networking and security and surveillance products, and Digium®, Inc., the Asterisk® Company, announced that Jenne will be distributing Digium’s full line of Asterisk telephony solutions, IP phones and Switchvox Unified Communications solutions. This will provide reseller partners with a compelling option for delivering UC solutions to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).

Jenne, Inc. will distribute Digium’s award-winning Switchvox solution, a UC phone system designed for SMBs. In addition to Switchvox, Jenne will carry Digium’s Asterisk VoIP products, including IP phones and VoIP gateways, redundancy appliances and a full range of telephony cards certified for the greatest interoperability and reliability for Asterisk installations. Digium products enable partners to implement turnkey UC solutions or to design their own end-to-end VoIP solutions based on Asterisk, the world’s most widely used open source communications software.

"Jenne is excited to be serving the Asterisk community and Digium resellers by offering Digium's complete portfolio of UC solutions for the SMB market," commented Vince Piccolomini, vice president of business development, Jenne. "Digium resellers will benefit from all of the value added programs and services that Jenne provides, including our highly trained sales team, technical services support and distribution accuracy and timeliness. Our ‘Total One Stop Shopping’ concept offers Digium resellers a wide selection of complementary products from Jenne, their single source, which in turn allows the reseller to deliver a deeper, wider solution to their end-user customers – a win-win all around."

Commenting on the new distribution agreement, Steve Harvey, vice president of global sales, Digium said, “Digium’s award-winning product line and partner program, combined with Jenne’s capabilities in telephony and UC make this a great fit for both of our companies. We are continuing to expand our coverage in the SMB market -- our program not only offers outstanding products and services, but we also provide our partners with qualified leads and marketing resources that help them grow their business. We believe the combination of our Asterisk and Switchvox product lines and Jenne's go-to-market capabilities will help us attract many new partners.”
