Unisyn Voting Solutions, Inc. Will Be at the Election Center Conference in San Francisco From August 20 to 22, 2014

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/11/14 -- Unisyn Voting Solutions, Inc. ("Unisyn") has become the preferred voting system provider in multiple states ever since its OpenElect® suite of precinct-based optical scan election systems became the first to receive the 2005 Voluntary Voting System Guidelines ("VVSG") Certification in January 2010 from the Election Assistance Commission ("EAC").

In addition, Unisyn's OpenElect® suite of digital optical scan election systems has led the way with many other firsts in the industry:

  • The first 2005 precinct-based digital optical scan system to be certified in multiple states; with additional states pending
  • The first company to offer a 3 1/4" ballot marking device to reduce the costs of ballot printing
