"The transition from general to vertical searches has sparked a major shift in not only the way searchers find information, but also how companies allocate their advertising dollars," added Stolz.
ITSearchEngine, located at http://www.ITSearchEngine.com, leverages Google's AJAX and Custom Search Engine APIs, coupled with a unique search paradigm that enables users to quickly find highly relevant information with a single click.
"With one simple keyword search, ITSearchEngine helps IT decision makers find information about technology companies and the products and services they offer, along with related whitepapers, case studies, blogs, local news and other relevant documents," said Stoltz.
All-purpose search engines often fail to meet the discerning needs of specialty audiences, Stoltz argues, whereas with vertical focused engines, searchers get much more relevant content while advertisers get the exact audience they wish to reach. He continued:
"The transition from general to vertical searches has sparked a major shift in not only the way searchers find information, but also how companies allocate their advertising dollars. At first we saw the migration of advertising dollars from publications and newspapers to general search engines. Now we're seeing more companies buying keyword ads in industry specific search engines that allow them to get right in front of the buyers they're trying to attract."
