NeuLion Expands International Foothold to Deliver Romanian Broadcast Network Throughout United States and Canada

Romanian Satellite Network Complements Satellite TV Service With New IPTV Platform

PLAINVIEW, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 04/28/09 -- NeuLion, Inc. (TSX: JTV) announces today the launch of a new state-of-the-art IPTV network for Romanian audiences in North America. iTVRSN provides viewers an extensive selection of Romanian television programs from Romania. iTVRSN's content offering includes more than 25 television programs with exclusive distribution rights outside Romania.

This is a long awaited solution for Romanian expatriates and Romanian speakers in the U.S. and Canada interested in watching television from home. The set-top-box service provides the Romanian community with content delivered in high digital quality direct to the television set via the Internet.

"The Romanian-American Network, Inc. estimates over 1.2 million Romanian Americans are presently living in North America. By offering the NeuLion IPTV solution, we will reach viewers that have never been able to see our channels on satellite. This is over 50% of the population," said Dima Samata, Ph.D., President of RSN.

iTVRSN's content offering includes: Constanta TV, Taraf TV, ETNO TV, Neptun TV, GameX, Brava TV, Romanian Television Network (RTN), Romanian Christian TV, Antena International, Favorit TV, Kanal D, MTV, N24, National TV, Prima TV, ProTv International, Realitatea TV, Telesport, TVR Cultural, TVR International, TVR3, Trinitas TV, UTV and others.

NeuLion, a leading service provider for many other international networks, is delivering an end to-end-solution for RSN. NeuLion's technology gives viewers the opportunity to watch any program in return run for the last 48 hours along with other DVR features through its proprietary set-top-box.

"We are excited about offering an IPTV service that brings our Romanian content to viewers in North America. We chose NeuLion as our partner because they have more experience than any other IPTV service worldwide," said Adrian Vlad, CEO of RSN.

"The NeuLion platform, supporting both PC and TV services, offers RSN a complete end-to-end managed service. RSN simply provides the content and marketing, NeuLion handles all the rest so RSN is able to focus on growing their customer base," said Richard N. Yelen, Vice President and Managing Director, NeuLion.

iTVRSN is currently available to subscribers in North America by visiting www.itvrsn.com or calling 1-888-448-8776 with packages starting at $14.99 a month.
