AgilePath CEO Eric Marks Completes New SOA Governance Book

AgilePath announced its CEO, Eric Marks, has completed his 3rd SOA book focused on SOA governance. The new book is entitled "SOA Governance: Evolving Governance in the Services-Driven Enterprise," published by John Wiley & Sons, and is slated for release in August 2008. In addition, AgilePath announced several new SOA governance solutions to build on the strong demand for its vendor-neutral SOA consulting services.

"This Enterprise SOA Governance book establishes a repeatable enterprise governance modeling framework that will revolutionize the discipline of SOA Governance," stated AgilePath President and CEO Eric Marks. "This work reflects the innovation and thought leadership that epitomizes AgilePath and our partner network. We will continue to emphasize a more scientific approach to Enterprise SOA Governance based on this exciting new book."

In addition, AgilePath is launching a number of new governance solutions based on its industry-leading SOA Playbook family of methodologies it pioneered nearly four years ago. First, the AgilePath SOA Governance Playbook has been revised and updated to reflect AgilePath's new concepts for a unified policy model as well as an integrated policy enforcement approach.

In addition, AgilePath announced a series of new SOA workshops to augment and support its industry-leading SOA Playbooks. The new workshops will focus on SOA Strategy and Planning, SOA Governance, SOA Enablement Technology, and AgilePath's newly-developed SOA Quad Model. AgilePath's SOA Quad Model Workshop aligns organizational business drivers with the proper technical implementation patterns, while accelerating organizational and technical readiness for SOA adoption.
